For this custom project, DiGiorgio Design & Craft (DDC) in Escondido, CA partnered with the creator of the Lunar Lotus Oracle Deck to design and handcraft a wooden storage box and matching card stand that would honor the intention, beauty, and ritual nature of the deck.
Each piece was thoughtfully designed to complement the oracle cards while standing on its own as a functional art object. The wooden box provides a sturdy, protective home for the deck, while showcasing the natural grain and warmth of the wood. The custom card stand was crafted to comfortably hold a single card for daily draws, meditation, or display, balancing stability with elegant simplicity.
As with all DDC projects, the wood was carefully selected for its grain, tone, and character, ensuring no two pieces are exactly alike. Traditional woodworking techniques were combined with precise modern tools to create pieces that feel timeless, durable, and intentional.
